Andrea Pietrini graduated from Bocconi University and completed an Executive MBA at LUISS Business School.
He has held significant roles in the M&A sector, first at KPMG, where he worked on acquisition due diligence, then at IBM South Europe, where he worked in the Alliance department on transnational transactions.
He later served as investment manager in FinTech, a joint venture between Telecom Italia and MCC - Medio Credito Centrale.
CFO Leadership & Corporate Finance
He has been a member of the Board of Directors of numerous Italian and foreign companies.
For several years, he served as Group CFO of the Terasystem Group, one of the most important Italian technology companies, owned by EMC2 and the private equity fund Euroqube SA.
He later worked with the Solgenia S.p.A. Group and the Sacom Group, overseeing the latter’s listing on the AIM segment of the Italian Stock Exchange.
Entrepreneurship & Advisory
In 2012, he founded yourCFO Consulting Group, the first Italian company dedicated to CFO services and operational finance, where he serves as Managing Partner.
In the following years, he launched the parallel projects yourHR, focused on human resources professionals, and yourDIGITAL, focused on digital transformation.
He is the author of “I 7 segreti del CFO - Ottieni il successo finanziario della tua impresa” and teaches in the Master in Business Finance at John Cabot University.
Investment & Civic Engagement
Alongside his advisory work, he is active as a Business Angel, both as an independent investor and as a member of IAG - Italian Angels for Growth.
He is President of Charta Nova, a national association supporting transparency and meritocracy, and founder and treasurer of the Homo ex Machina Foundation, which promotes the use of technology for philanthropic purposes and organizes the annual Tecnopia award for young people aged 6 to 18.
Andrea Pietrini è laureato all’Università Bocconi e ha conseguito un MBA Executive presso la LUISS Business School.
Ha svolto ruoli significativi nel settore dell’M&A, prima in KPMG, dove si è occupato, tra l’altro, di acquisition due diligence, poi in IBM South Europe, dove nell’ambito dell’Alliance department ha lavorato su operazioni transnazionali.
Successivamente è stato investment manager in FinTech, joint venture tra Telecom Italia e MCC - Medio Credito Centrale.

È stato Consigliere di Amministrazione di numerose aziende italiane ed estere.
Per alcuni anni ha ricoperto il ruolo di Group CFO del Gruppo Terasystem, una delle più importanti realtà tecnologiche italiane, partecipata dalla multinazionale EMC2 e dal fondo di Private Equity Euroqube SA.
Più recentemente ha lavorato con il Gruppo Solgenia S.p.A. e con il Gruppo Sacom, di cui ha curato la quotazione sul segmento AIM di Borsa Italiana.

Nel 2012 ha fondato yourCFO Consulting Group, la prima società italiana di CFO Service e finanza operativa, di cui è Managing Partner.
