Roberto Race has been a journalist since 2006. He has been working in communications since 2000 as a spindoctor for leaders of the entrepreneurial world.
As a communications and public affairs consultant, he oversees international projects. Through Race Strategy & Communication, a consulting service working closely with advisory boards in commerce and finance, he supports some of the most dynamic and innovative Italian enterprises.
In 2011, he was selected by the Aspen Institute Italia as an Aspen Junior Fellow.
Competere & International Engagement
In 2013, he co-founded Competere - Policies for Sustainable Development.
He is one of the Italian delegates at the B20, the organization that brings together business associations from G20 countries. Among the B20 missions is supporting the G20 in building common solutions to the most pressing challenges facing enterprises and economic growth.
Networks & Publishing
He is also co-founder of The Ghost Team, the first international network of ghostwriters for entrepreneurs, managers, diplomats, military officers, and public officials, counting over 40 professionals across the world.
He is the author of the essay “Napoleon, the communicator” (2012), published by Egea.

Da consulente in comunicazione e public affairs si occupa di importanti progetti multinazionali. Con Race Strategy & Communication supporta alcune tra le più dinamiche e innovative realtà della Media Impresa Italiana, con una consulenza direzionale che lavora in stretta sinergia con i Consigli d’Amministrazione e le direzioni commerciali e finanziarie.
Nel 2011 è stato selezionato dall’Aspen Institute Italia come Aspen Junior Fellow.
Competere & Impegno Internazionale
Nel 2013 ha co-fondato Competere - Policies for Sustainable Development.
È uno dei delegati italiani al B20, l’organizzazione di cui fanno parte le associazioni imprenditoriali dei Paesi del G20, che rappresenta quasi 7 milioni di piccole, medie e grandi imprese. Tra le mission del B20 c’è quella di supportare il G20 nel costruire proposte comuni sulle sfide più importanti per le imprese e per la crescita dell’economia mondiale.
Network & Pubblicazioni
È co-founder di The Ghost Team, il primo network internazionale di ghostwriter per imprenditori, manager, diplomatici, militari e politici, che oggi coinvolge più di quaranta professionisti nel mondo e ha team operativi negli Stati Uniti, negli Emirati Arabi, in Russia, in Inghilterra e in Italia.
